Membership approval or rejection for the Internet Mosaic service (the "Service") is at the sole discretion of Island Media, Ltd., the operator of the Service (the "Operator"). As a registered account holder ("Member") you are entitled to use the Service under certain restrictions, which include, but are not limited to the following list of unacceptable uses: Unacceptable forms of content: Pornography Hate / Slander Hacking / Warez / Cracks / Cheats Any other content deemed unnacceptable. Unacceptable practices: Spamming Framesetting Hacking Flaming Email Harvesting Any other practices deemed unnacceptable. At the sole discretion of the Operator, those deemed to be engaged in any of the above activities, or in any other activity deemed unacceptable by the Operator, the Operator retains full and all rights to determine what accounts may be accepted or rejected for use of the Service. Membership is currently free; however at a future date, particpation fees may be implemented. Services or subscriptions may be cancelled or renewed at any time by the Member. Communications are accpeted from Members to the Operator using online forms provided at the Internet Mosaic website. The Operator reserves the right to send email communications to Members to convey important information necessary for the proper operation and function of the Service. Disputes arising from the operation and use of the Service shall be settled internally between the parties. Should litigation arise, the location of the litigation will be within the jurisdiction of the Operator. The service is provided as is, without any implicit or explicit warranty or guarantee for any particular service. Rights to use the service by members may be revoked at any time for any reason at the discretion of the Operator. Likewise, while the service remains free, the service may be discontinued at any time by the operator. Alterations to these terms and conditions of service may be changed at any time by the Operator without advance notice to Members. By registering an account you agree to have read these terms of service and agree to all of them in their entirety.
